Mapm is basically scanl without the intermediate values making it more useful in state managing DCGs.

Mapm is basically scanl without the intermediate values making it more useful in state managing DCGs. The other change is just an extention to convlist so you can obtain maplist like behaviour on multiple lists which is handy for higher arity partial relations.
